If you have questions which are not answered here, or want to know about discounts for licenses for more than one computer, or bulk orders, please email us.

Once you buy our software, your license lasts the lifetime of the product. You are entitled to any future versions of it for free. We do not charge for upgrades (yearly or otherwise) and this is reflected in our pricing.

Our software works on Microsoft Windows® NT, ME, 2003, XP and Vista (32 bit and 64 bit editions). If you need help please read the enclosed documentation which comes with each program, and then contact us if you are unable to resolve the problem.

Vista users experiencing problems may want to try and install the software somewhere other than "Programs" folder (e.g. under "Documents\program name" folder).

Getting the software

To download software go to the page of the product you are interested in. All products are listed on the home page.

On the product page click on the "Download" button, save the file to disk, and then install the software.

Using the software

Our trial software works for 30 days. To continue using the software after this period you will need to buy a license from us (see next section, below). Some trial software will also have specific features disabled, this will be covered in the program's help.

For some of the software you will need a SECURITY KEY to use it. This key (and name) is displayed during installation and it is also copied to your computer as the file "security key.txt" (available in the start menu, program group). You need to enter the name and key exactly as shown and you will have a working trial which will last 30 days for evaluation purposes.

If your trial security key doesn't work, email us the key and the name of the software you are trying to install and we will try to help.

If you do not see a security key screen during installation, you don't need one.

Follow the installer instructions. A shortcut to the program will be placed on the desktop and in the start menu. To install the software you must be logged into your computer with administrator privileges.

We do not supply physical disks (CD/DVD).

Purchasing the software (purchasing conditions)

To buy software go to the page of the product you are interested in. All products are listed on the home page.

On the product page click on the "Buy" button, and make a payment online using PayPal. All our online orders are processed by PayPal. Visit their site for their policies. Please fully read each web page you visit, and make sure you order exactly what you want.

You need a working email address to purchase the software.

Once you have made your purchase, we will email you a temporary license to unlock the trial software. This email will be sent to you within 24 hours.

We are in the United Kingdom. If we receive an order between 9am and 6pm GMT we respond within a few hours. Orders are processed manually. Please be patient if we receive your order outside of our working hours, we usually cannot deal with it until the time mentioned above. Sometimes this may be the following day. To help speed up your order you can email us your telephone number and provide a non-free email address so that we can verify your details with you.

We issue a temporary license to ensure payment clearance and to help counter online fraud/stolen credit card use.

Two weeks after issuing the temporary license we will send you another email containing a permanent license, provided your payment has been accepted and cleared. If you change your email address please ensure you inform us by email (click here) so that your license details can be sent to you.

Any refund must be requested within two weeks of the date (GMT) you purchased the software. Otherwise refunds are not possible.

A "license" consists of a name and a serial number which is entered into the software. It converts the software from a trial into a fully functioning product.

Licenses must be entered into the software within 2 weeks.

Instructions on how to do this will be sent to you via email along with the license. Please keep your downloaded software, license details and all emails backed up to a safe place. The license is specific to your computer hardware.

If you change the hardware frequently the license will become invalid. This is a measure to help prevent software piracy and violation of a single license agreement. If you want to purchase multiple licenses for one of our products please contact us for a discount prices.

Providing your payment was valid (for example not fraudulent or refunded) you are entitled to all future updates for free for the lifetime of the program
